THE SOURCING PROCESS
Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your goals, design vision, and timelines so we can align on the big picture from the very beginning. Once we have your direction, we dive into material inspiration—exploring styles, finishes, and custom features that bring your ideas to life. From there, we tap into our trusted network of manufacturers to find the right fit. You’ll receive detailed quotes that include material costs, production, inspection, shipping, and all customs and duties, so you're never left guessing.

MATERIAL PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT
Once you’ve approved the supplier and design direction, our team takes the lead on production. We collaborate directly with the manufacturer to manage every stage of the process—from technical drawings and sketches to final fabrication. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve all product visuals before anything is made. Throughout production, we act as your dedicated liaison, ensuring timelines are met, changes are handled, and communication stays clear from start to finish.
INSPECTION & DELIVERY
When production is complete, we don’t just cross our fingers—we verify. A third-party inspector visits the factory to perform a full quality control review, and the report is shared with you. If any issues are found, we work with the supplier to correct them before moving forward. Once approved, we coordinate the shipment—whether it’s a full container load (FCL), less-than-container load (LCL), or expedited air freight. We manage customs clearance and route your goods to a vetted 3PL warehouse for final processing. From there, we schedule white glove delivery straight to your door.
